Ski Resorts - looking for a good quality & reasonable prices

Hi everyone!

My wife and I plan to ski in Bavarian Alps this winter. Now we are looking for good cheap ski resort. We have a flight to Memmingen at the middle of Jan 2010 (Jan%26#39;14, 21:00 and back - Jan%26#39;19 or Jan%26#39;21, 21:30 - not decided the length of rest yet:)). From Memmingen we will tale a train to the place of skiing.

Our requirements for the skiing place are the following:

- Cheap accommodation, reasonably priced skipasses;

- Enough slopes for medium experienced skiers (red/black);

We have reviewed several ski resorts in Germany (Grinau, Oberstdorf, Garmish) but not chosen place for skiing finally. Could anyone help us and recommend any resorts that meet our criteria?
