i have been told that the egyptian museum is closed until october is this true.

please tell me i am wrong visiting berlin in august

Yes, unfortunately...we just returned from East Berlin and had an awesome time, we went to Museum Island and went to the Pergamon Museum, and Bode Museum instead...both were great..Of any I would get to the Pergamon above all else, since the Egyptian museum is closed...have fun

It looks like you can still see the bust of Nefertiti in the Altes Museum--is that correct? We are leaving Monday and the Pergamon Museum as well as the Egyptian Museum were on the top of my husband%26#39;s %26quot;must see list%26quot;. Will we be able to see the bust of Nefertiti?
