We have 4 hours in Frankfurt before our connection flight. We arrive in Frankfurt at 11:05 am and our next flight at 17:30 (05:30 pm). Is it enough time to get from airport to downtown and do some sihtseeing. Is there a hop-on/off bus stop near train station? Thanks.

Depends where you are arriving from and departing to. For example departures to USA have a double security check which can mean you need to be back at the airport no later than 2 hours (better more) before your flight.
To get into Frankfurt take the S-Bahn fron T1 and this will take you into the centre of the town.
Frankfurt%26#39;s sights don%26#39;t cover that large an area - I would aim for the Roemer Platz which has a number of buildings worth visiting.
