getting from Trarbach,Germany to the Hahn airport

Could anyone tell me if there is a shuttle bus that will take you to the airport that Ryan airlines flies out of from Trarbach. We can get to Trarbach by train but need to get to the airport. Anyone that can help me on this. Other than a taxi or if taxi which one is the reasonably priced ones.

No shuttle buses (anymore).

Taxi is approx. EUR 30.

the site link below (under %26quot;Take a Plane to the Mosel%26quot;) says there is a shuttle TO Traben Trarbach for 9 Euro. Contradicts the same website, different page. Guess you could check with the information office in TT when you get there or email the office at one of the emails listed on the %26quot;contact us%26quot; section of the city website and get clarification.

Don%26#39;t know if this helps or makes sense, but it looks like you could take the train from TT to Bullay and then catch the Hahn shuttle to the Airport. Looks like the train would be about a 20 minute ride and cost 3.10 Euro, and the shuttle 46 minutes and about 7 Euro.

thanks for the bit of information. as we have eurorail tickets still we might just do the train to that town then and get a shuttle from there. Thanks again. Our trip is pretty well figured out we just needed to get to Hahn airport to catch a ryan flight to Scotland, and we had no idea the airport was so far out from Frankfurt, so now we will do frankfurt and then get the train to that town for the night and go from there, thanks again.

Because of this I wrote:

There had been shuttle buses to Traben-Trarbach and Bernkastel-Kues in the past, but these service had been stopped.

The one from Bullay is the only left. Please note:

Other options are shuttle buses from nearby cities like Trier or Koblenz.

Thanks again for the infor. Wrote the www site down so we can book a reservation a head when we are in Frankfurt. Thanks everyone so much. Didnt think getting to Hahn airport would be so hard to do, the bus from Frankfurt there is as much as the airplane tickets.
