Hi,

are the streets in munich cobble-stone (cant wear heels) or its mostly pavement (smooth surface)?

also, from which city is it cheaper to get to Prague by rail... from munich or berlin? and what tickets are there for these options?

Surely there are a few cobblestoned roads but in all cities 99% of all roads are paved. But wearing comfortable shoes is a very goof advice in any case.

Not much difference.

Cheapest from Berlin:

Europa-Spezial Tschechien EUR 29,00

A discounted special you have to buy in advance through the DB timetable. Earliest 89 days before departure. Limited in numbers - thus sells out sooner or later.

Cheapest from Munich:

Using 2 tickets.

a) Bavaria-Bohemia Ticket EUR 23,00

which covers the route from Munich to Pilsen/Plzen.

b) a normal ticket bought on board from the Czech conductor CZK 148 (~ EUR 5,20) for Pilsen/Plzen to Prague.
