The options I%26#39;ve identified are: (1) a Student Agency bus/shuttle that leaves Prague at 7 am and gets in to Regensburg at 10 am; (2) a train that leaves Prague around 9am and gets in to Regensburg around 1:30; and (3) an InterCity Bus that leaves at some ungodly hour and gets into Regensburg at around 3 or 4 am?
Are there any other options? Not crazy about a 7 am bus and getting to the station at that hour, but woudl like to get to Regensburg before 1:30 and have more time,as will only be there for two days. Thanks.

I would take the train. Check www.bahn.de as well as %26quot;abalada%26quot; on this forum. He knows of all kinds of special train fares that will save you money.
