We are planning a two week visit to Europe next June and would like to know when is the best time to buy our round trip tickets to Frankfut and then one way tickets from London to Rome and Venice to Munich.

The best time is, at least for the flights within Europe, AS SOON AS THE TICKETS ARE RELEASED. Just check the websites of the airlines for the tickets.
